At the end, participants earn the <strong>Yoga Alliance RYT 500<\/strong> certification \u2014 the most advanced level of international recognition for yoga teachers, in Portugal and worldwide.<\/p>\n    <span class=\"sec\">How it's structured<\/span>\n    <h2>Two trainings, back to back<\/h2>\n    <p>The 300H begins immediately after the 200H ends, ensuring continuity and depth throughout the learning process:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Phase 1 \u00b7 200H Foundation<\/strong> \u2014 8 months, 6 in-person weekends. Philosophy, anatomy, physiology, methodology and Hatha Yoga practice. Leads to RYT 200.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Phase 2 \u00b7 300H Advanced<\/strong> \u2014 12 months, 3 immersive retreats at YogArte (accommodation &amp; meals included), weekly Zoom sessions and an exclusive online platform.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Final phase \u00b7 Community Project<\/strong> \u2014 a Seva \/ Karma Yoga project with a community organisation, developed with Carla's mentorship and pedagogical support.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <span class=\"sec\">Where you start<\/span>\n    <h2>Choose your starting point<\/h2>\n    <p>The 300H always follows the same calendar \u2014 your choice is which 200H cohort to join: <strong>Lisbon<\/strong> (Bamb\u00fa, Odivelas) or <strong>Porto \/ Online<\/strong> (YogArte, V.N. Gaia, or live via Zoom). The advanced 300H phase always takes place at YogArte, whichever 200H cohort you choose.<\/p>\n    <span class=\"sec\">Led by<\/span>\n    <h2>Carla Gon\u00e7alves, E-RYT 500<\/h2>\n    <p>Founder and pedagogical director of BeYoga School, Carla Gon\u00e7alves is a yoga teacher and trainer with over <strong>3,000 teaching hours<\/strong> recognised by Yoga Alliance.
