Description of the Service<\/h3>\n<p>The website <strong>beyoga.pt<\/strong> is an online platform that offers:<\/p>\n<ul><li>Subscription access to the <strong>Online Studio<\/strong>, with yoga videos and practices;<\/li><li>Certified training courses (e.g. 200H, 300H, etc.) through <strong>LearnDash<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Informational content and resources related to yoga and wellbeing.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Some content is free, while other content requires a subscription or paid enrolment.<\/p>\n<h3>3. User Accounts<\/h3>\n<p>To access certain areas (online studio, courses, etc.), it is necessary to create an account.<br \/>The user undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul><li>Provide true and up-to-date information;<\/li><li>Keep their password confidential;<\/li><li>Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties may result in suspension or cancellation.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Payments and Subscriptions<\/h3>\n<p>Payments are processed securely through <strong>Stripe<\/strong>.<br \/>The user can choose between a <strong>monthly<\/strong> subscription (\u20ac28\/month) or an <strong>annual<\/strong> one (\u20ac336\/year, both with a discount applied).<\/p>\n<p>Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in the user area.<br \/>No refunds are issued for periods already started, except in cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Copyright and Content<\/h3>\n<p>All content available on the site \u2014 texts, videos, images and logos \u2014 is the property of <strong>Until The Future \u2013 Unipessoal Lda.<\/strong> or the respective authors, and is protected by copyright.<\/p>\n<p>Reproduction, sharing or use of the content for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written authorisation.<\/p>\n<p>The videos and practices shared by students in the courses are used only for pedagogical and assessment purposes.<\/p>\n<h3>6. User Conduct<\/h3>\n<p>The user undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul><li>Use the website in an ethical and respectful manner;<\/li><li>Not publish or send offensive, illegal or harmful content;<\/li><li>Not attempt to improperly access restricted areas of the site.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Violation of these rules may result in suspension of the account.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
