200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Portugal
BeYoga's teacher training is built on a dynamic, student-centred methodology — balancing theory and practice for a complete, enriching path. Certified by Yoga Alliance, DGERT and IPDJ.
A student-centred training
At BeYoga we believe every path in Yoga is unique. Our methodology is student-centred, creating a welcoming, personalised and inspiring learning environment. We value conscious practice, personal development and authentic connection — exploring the functional dimensions of the practice across different styles and traditions of Yoga, always honouring the breath and its philosophy.
