Nélia Rodrigues is BeYoga's lead trainer for Yoga in life's most special stages — pregnancy, the postpartum period and early childhood.
Specialised in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Yoga for Babies & Children and trained in Hatha Yoga Funcional, she has developed a rigorous, safe and deeply sensitive approach that integrates body, mind and emotions at every stage of a woman's life.

Is the course in-person or online?
Tem duas modalidades: in-person in Lisbon (Pleanum) or online live (synchronous via Zoom), following the same sessions.
Do I need to be a Yoga teacher?
No. The training is designed for teachers, health and wellbeing professionals, and practitioners (including expectant mothers) who want to deepen the subject safely.
Is the certificate recognised?
Yes. With 50 hours, it is certified by Yoga Alliance, DGERT e IPDJ, and grants credits towards TTEF and DT renewal.
How is it assessed?
Through the submission of a trabalho/projeto final at the end of the training.
