300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
The next step on the path of yoga — an advanced programme for teachers who already hold a 200-hour foundational training. Together, 200h + 300h complete the internationally recognised 500-hour Yoga Alliance pathway.
200h + 300h = 500h Yoga Alliance RYT
This training leads to the internationally recognised 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification — the most advanced level of yoga teacher training. A certification that asks not only for technical knowledge, but for maturity of practice and philosophical depth. More than technical training, it is a process of maturing as a practitioner, as a teacher and as a human being.
Who it's forA natural step on the path
This training was created for those who already hold a 200-hour foundational training and feel that the path of yoga doesn't end there:
- Teachers who wish to deepen their journey and consolidate what they've learnt
- Teachers already giving classes, looking for new pedagogical and methodological tools
- Practitioners committed to personal growth and a deeper practice
- BeYoga graduates who want to continue their training at the school where they qualified
Eight areas of deepening

- Science of Breath & Meditation — advanced pranayama, meditation, nervous-system regulation
- Ayurveda & Therapeutic Yoga — constitutions, doshas, balancing routines, self-care
- Anatomy Applied to Yoga — advanced functional anatomy and applied biomechanics
- Advanced Asana Practice — refining postures, inversions, arm balances, handstands
- Methods & Traditions — Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda, Vinyasa and Hatha
- Teaching Methodology — sequencing, adjustments, communication, group management

Three immersive gatherings
The training includes three in-person retreats at YogArte, in V.N. Gaia — accommodation and meals included. These are the central moments of the journey: space to devote yourself entirely to yoga, integrating practice, study and introspection.
How it runsA complete 12-month journey
Over 12 months, the programme combines regular guided practice, the immersive retreats, self-study supported by course materials, supervised teaching practice, weekly Zoom Q&A sessions on Thursdays at 7pm, and an exclusive online platform with a virtual studio.
