b) Online Studio subscription (Restrict Content Pro)
The following is collected:

• First and last name

• Payment data (processed by Stripe)

This data is necessary to create the user account, manage the subscription (monthly or annual) and provide access to the online studio content.

c) Course enrolment (LearnDash)
For DGERT certification purposes, the following is also collected:

• Address
• Postal code
• City
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Identification number (ID card/Passport)
• Date of issue and expiry
• Mobile phone
• Participant’s motivations and expectations

This data is used exclusively for administrative, training and certification purposes, and is shared only with certifying bodies when necessary.

• Bunny.net (video streaming hosting);
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), for statistical analysis and digital marketing;
• YouTube (embedding videos in classes and student work);
• Certifying bodies, such as DGERT, where applicable.

Data may be stored on servers located outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate protection measures are applied, in accordance with the GDPR.

Data is kept for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Subscription data: for as long as the account lasts and up to 2 years after its cancellation
• Training data (DGERT): for the legal archiving period required for certification
