By accessing and using the website beyoga.pt, the user agrees to comply with these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should refrain from using the website.

2. Description of the Service

The website beyoga.pt is an online platform that offers:

• Subscription access to the Online Studio, with yoga videos and practices;
• Certified training courses (e.g. 200H, 300H, etc.) through LearnDash;
• Informational content and resources related to yoga and wellbeing.

Some content is free, while other content requires a subscription or paid enrolment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain areas (online studio, courses, etc.), it is necessary to create an account.
The user undertakes to:

• Provide true and up-to-date information;
• Keep their password confidential;
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties may result in suspension or cancellation.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The user can choose between a monthly subscription (€28/month) or an annual one (€336/year, both with a discount applied).

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in the user area.
No refunds are issued for periods already started, except in cases provided for by law.

5. Copyright and Content

All content available on the site — texts, videos, images and logos — is the property of Until The Future – Unipessoal Lda. or the respective authors, and is protected by copyright.

Reproduction, sharing or use of the content for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

The videos and practices shared by students in the courses are used only for pedagogical and assessment purposes.

6. User Conduct

The user undertakes to:

• Use the website in an ethical and respectful manner;
• Not publish or send offensive, illegal or harmful content;
• Not attempt to improperly access restricted areas of the site.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of the account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Until The Future – Unipessoal Lda. is not responsible for:

• Temporary interruptions of the service;
• Damage resulting from improper use of the site;
• External content the site may link to (third-party links).

The yoga and training content is informational and educational only. The user must practise safely and in a manner appropriate to their physical abilities.

8. Changes to the Terms

The company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
The most recent version will always be available at beyoga.pt.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the District Court of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction.
