we train awareness
BeYoga is a Portuguese yoga teacher training school, created by Carla Gonçalves e internationally recognised. Because teaching yoga takes far more than repeating postures.
A school born from practice and conviction.
Carla Gonçalves's connection to yoga grew naturally, from the personal to the professional, extending the harmony that always existed between her practice and the teaching of this ancient philosophy.
With a solid foundation in Sport Sciences and Exercise Physiology, Carla explored many paths connected to movement: from rhythmic gymnastics to dance, from pilates to personal training. Somewhere along that journey, yoga arrived. And it stayed.
“I believe in a true yoga without dogma — one that every human being can apply and feel in its essence.”
