Prana Yoga
Camatkarasana
Carla's note
A practice of almost an hour that builds towards Camatkarasana, wild thing. The preparation brings together breathing, mudras, Nadi Shodhana and twists, followed by hips, plank, a seated forward bend, Uttanasana, Chaturanga Dandasana, Utkatasana and Bhujangasana. Virabhadrasana and bridge pose prepare the extension of the spine and hip that the peak requires, with the weight on one arm and the shoulder girdle stable. The entry is from Adho Mukha Svanasana with one leg raised; bridge pose can take the place of the peak.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
