Prana Yoga
Warrior Flow
Carla's note
Twenty-two minutes of flow that begins standing, with Tadasana, twists and openers. The salutations include plank, Chaturanga Dandasana, Uttanasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Utkatasana and Bhujangasana. The central work brings together warrior and Vrksasana, tree pose, which calls for external rotation of the femur and stability in the standing hip, with the foot placed above or below the knee, never on it. It closes on the floor with a seated forward fold and Savasana.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
