Far more than physical challenges
In Yoga, inversions and arm balances are practices of inner and outer inversion. They invite us to shift perspective, to move through fear, and to develop courage, presence and clarity.
This is work that is not only technical, but about our relationship with our own limits — and with what the body is capable of when given the right conditions to grow.

A progressive, conscious and safe path — where strength meets surrender and technique meets presence.

Sabrina Ruan
Thirty-four years working with the human body teach things no manual can convey. Sabrina built her path in fitness with genuine rigour and curiosity — she was a group-class instructor, personal trainer and director of Vivafit spaces in Greater Lisbon.
Bodybuilding, Fitness and CrossFit are part of a story marked by demand and a constant search for balance. Yoga came as a response to that intensity and stayed — as a space of recovery, listening and presence.
It is with this vision that she leads the Inversions and Arm Balances Development Programme at BeYoga: a work of relationship with one's own limits, with trust, and with what the body is capable of when given the right conditions to grow.
