Prana Yoga
Full Body
Carla's note
A twenty-four-minute Vinyasa practice of medium intensity, almost entirely standing. It starts from Samasthiti, with shoulder mobility and spinal twists, and builds salutations with Uttanasana, plank, Chaturanga Dandasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Utkatasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana. The lunges and Virabhadrasana work the quadriceps and glutes and stretch the hip flexors of the back leg. It closes with the hands together in front of the chest. Well suited to the middle of the week.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
