Prana Yoga
Awakening the Inner Warrior
Carla's note
Five minutes standing. It opens in Tadasana, with the shoulders opening and the hands in Anjali Mudra, to establish the vertical axis. Trikonasana, on each side, stretches the hamstrings and adductors of the front leg and calls for a lateral extension of the torso without the lower side of the torso collapsing. It closes with a Surya Namaskar through plank, Chaturanga Dandasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana, as activation before a class or a long day.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
