Prana Yoga
Moon Salutation
Carla's note
Chandra Namaskar in twenty-three minutes, a slow sequence that moves sideways and stays close to the floor. The seated preparation covers the shoulders, twists and the spine, and the central block moves through Balasana, Uttanasana, plank, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Utkatasana. Trikonasana stretches the adductors and the side of the torso, and Malasana calls for deep hip flexion. It ends with a breath guided from the bottom up and suits the end of the day.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
