Prana Yoga
Intense Vinyasa Flow
Carla's note
A twenty-five-minute, high-intensity Vinyasa for advanced practitioners. After the initial alignment and the preparation of the shoulders and hips, it links Balasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana and a seated forward bend, before the warrior poses and Trikonasana, which calls for external rotation of the femur of the front leg and lengthening of the hamstrings. The passages through plank and Chaturanga Dandasana work the triceps, serratus anterior and stabilising muscles of the torso. It ends in Uttanasana and Savasana.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
