Prana Yoga
Kali Mudra
Carla's note
A demanding fourteen-minute flow. The preparation is done kneeling, with shoulders and twists. The central block links Balasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, plank, Chaturanga Dandasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Utkatasana, loading the shoulder girdle and the quadriceps. The warriors and Kali Mudra follow, with the fingers interlaced and the index fingers extended, a gesture that focuses the attention before a short Savasana.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
