BeYoga Experience | India 2024
We set off from Lisbon to Mumbai and, in the very first days, dove into the vibrant intensity of the city. Amid contrasts, colours and living spirituality, we began to feel the authentic pulse of India.
We then travelled on to Goa, where Portuguese heritage meets Hindu temples, historic churches and a deeply rooted culture. We visited Panaji, Old Goa and several sacred sites, soaking up history, tradition and religious diversity.
Among ancient ruins, temples carved in stone and almost unreal landscapes, we lived moments of contemplation and silence that deeply touched every participant.
The final stage took us to Palolem, in southern Goa. There we slowed the pace. Between daily yoga practices, conscious breathing and meditation, there was also time to integrate everything we had lived.
This journey to India was far more than a cultural itinerary — it was a return to the roots of yoga, lived on the ground. We came home with full hearts, a deeper practice and an even more vivid understanding of what it means to walk the philosophy of yoga!
