Prana Yoga
Breath and Mobility
Carla's note
A six-minute seated sequence that combines breath observation and mobility. It opens with the hands on the chest and abdomen, to tell thoracic breathing apart from diaphragmatic breathing. A spinal twist, Balasana and a glute stretch follow, before Adho Mukha Svanasana, which stretches the posterior chain and loads the shoulder girdle. It closes seated. Suited to a break in the middle of the day.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
