Prana Yoga
Breathing in Movement
Carla's note
A five-minute sequence centred on synchronising breath and movement. It opens with breath observation, the hands on the chest and abdomen, to notice the thoracic and abdominal range of each cycle. It continues through plank, Balasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana, then Utkatasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Chaturanga Dandasana, with one movement per breath. The breath sets the pace, and the planks can be done with the knees down.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
