Prana Yoga
Body and Mind Balance
Carla's note
Six minutes that begin kneeling, with breath observation and a spinal twist. The central work is the warrior poses on each side, standing poses that require the weight to be shared between both feet and stability in the hip and front knee. Then comes a passage through plank, Chaturanga Dandasana and dog pose, which shifts the load to the shoulder girdle and torso. It closes in Balasana. Suited to the middle of the day.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
