Hatha Yoga
Inner Connection
Carla's note
A five-minute sequence, kneeling. It mobilises the shoulder girdle, opens the ribcage and introduces a gentle spinal twist before a short plank, which activates the stabilising muscles of the torso. It ends in Balasana with breathing guided by the touch of the hands, to bring the attention back to the rhythm of the breath.Carla Gonçalves

About Hatha Yoga
Hatha holds the poses for longer, with attention to alignment and breath. It is the foundation of everything else: less rhythm, more listening.
