Prana Yoga
Mobility for Beginners
Carla's note
Six minutes of mobility for those starting to practise, with each pose explained slowly. It begins in Tadasana and a gentle Utkatasana, which activates the legs with a moderate bend at the hips and knees. Standing twists and shoulder mobility follow, then Balasana and Uttanasana, which stretch the posterior chain with the spine in flexion. It returns to Tadasana and works as a first practice or as a warm-up before a longer session.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
