Prana Yoga
Restoring Energy
Carla's note
Six minutes seated, with the breath in leading each opening of the ribcage. The sequence mobilises the shoulder girdle, introduces spinal twists, moves through the hips and a short abdominal section, and ends with spinal mobility and the hands in Anjali Mudra. The twists, built on axial lengthening, and the activation of the abdominal wall encourage alertness. Suited to the afternoon energy dip.Carla Gonçalves
The practice, step by step
- 1Shoulders and seated twists
- 2Hips and abdominals

If it is your first time

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
