Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga (20 to 30 min)
Carla's note
Half an hour of Yin Yoga, guided almost in silence. It opens with breath observation, the hands on the body, and a gentle balance as a warm-up, followed by hip poses held for several minutes, a long twist and Savasana. Staying passively in each pose, with the muscles relaxed, directs the load to the connective tissue around the hips. Suited to the evening or the day after a workout.Carla Gonçalves

About Yin Yoga
In Yin, the poses are held for several minutes, on the floor and without effort, to reach the deeper tissues: fascia, ligaments, joints. It asks for patience and gives back space.
