Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra (30 min)
Carla's note
Half an hour of guided Yoga Nidra lying on your back, with support under the head and knees and a blanket. After settling the body and forming the Sankalpa, the intention, the rotation of awareness moves systematically through the body and counting the breath steadies the attention. Visualisations come before the return to the present moment. The length allows for deep, sustained relaxation; suited to the evening.Carla Gonçalves
