Prana Yoga
The Warrior's Awakening
Carla's note
A five-minute standing sequence. It starts in Tadasana, opening the shoulders with the hands in Anjali Mudra, and moves into Trikonasana on each side, which lengthens the hamstrings and adductors of the front leg and opens the side of the torso. It ends with one Surya Namaskar with plank, Chaturanga Dandasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana. It works as activation before a class, a meeting or a long day.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
