Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga for All Levels
Carla's note
Sixteen minutes of Prana Yoga, with the movement led by the breath. It opens with the hands on the chest and abdomen, to tell apart the two areas of breathing expansion, and with shoulders and twists. The flow moves through Balasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, plank, Uttanasana, Chaturanga Dandasana and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana. The lunges on each side stretch the hip flexors of the back leg and strengthen the quadriceps of the front leg, before the seated close.Carla Gonçalves

About Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga is BeYoga's own approach: a Hatha practice with conscious breathing from beginning to end, where each pose is built with alignment and the transition matters as much as the arrival. It works strength, mobility and attention at the same time.
