The Yoga for Special Populations Bundle brings together Therapeutic Yoga and Chair Yoga, offering a complete approach for those who want to bring Yoga to audiences with specific needs.This programme was designed for yoga teachers, physiotherapists and health professionals who want to use Yoga as a complementary tool with people living with physical or mental conditions, or with special populations such as seniors, people with reduced mobility, in rehabilitation or with chronic conditions.Through Therapeutic Yoga and Chair Yoga practices, BeYoga promotes autonomy, wellbeing and quality of life, adapting Yoga in an accessible, conscious and transformative way.

With a total of 30 hours, the course is certified by DGERT, Yoga Alliance and the IPDJ, ensuring a high standard of quality and recognition in the sector.This training also awards 6 credits towards the renewal of the Exercise Professional (TTEF) and Technical Director (DT) titles, recognised by the IPDJ — benefiting exercise and yoga professionals.The course also counts as YACEP continuing education and grants 30 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance, allowing you to log these hours towards maintaining your international certification.

How is the assessment done?
BY – Assessment is through a final exam requiring a mark of 80% or higher to pass.
Is the final exam timed?
BY – No, there is no time limit for the final exam.
I'm in the middle of the exam and the page froze — what do I do?
BY – One way to solve this is to copy and paste the URL into a new browser or tab. The quiz should reopen exactly where you left off. If technical problems persist, contact us at geral@beyoga.pt
I finished a session but it doesn't show as completed.
BY – At the end of each section you need to click “Complete and Continue” for the session to be marked as completed.
How do I get my certificate?
BY – To receive the course certificate, you must: Go through all the course content. Take the Final Exam (and score a mark of 80 points or higher).
After completing all the course steps, taking the Final Exam and sending the video, when do I receive my certificate?
BY – Once the course assessment process is complete, you should receive your certificate by email within 15 working days of finishing the course.
If I don't want the certificate, can I skip the Final Exam and/or the video?
BY – Yes — if you don’t wish to receive the certificate, you don’t need to go through the assessment process.
